Warm Up

Kang Squat
Forward Lunge with rotation
The Worlds Greatest Stretch
Side Lunges
Body Weight Squats

Workout (using dumbells)
Perform each exercise for 45 seconds then rest for 15 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Complete two full rounds.
