Calum Taylor

I have been a Personal Trainer since 2003 and in that time have developed a client base both near and far ranging from elite sports people to complete novices.

Having not only trained alongside my clients, I have also supported and competed with them in everything from triathlons to 400+ mile bike rides. A highlight of which was completing the prestigious Ironman competition, all in aid of Help for Heroes.

Whatever your reason and whatever your goal, with the right attitude and the willingness to accept the challenge, I will help you achieve new levels of fitness.

Conor Shoemark

Professional sportsman for over 10 years as a double Cheltenham winning jockey, and experience in endurance sport and strength training. After retiring from racing in 2021 Conor pursed his career in sports as a personal trainer, with a passion to help anyone who wants to improve, whether it's training for a goal or giving nutritional advice. Having been such a dedicated sportsman so recently he knows and understands the process of training to the highest level, continuing to coach professional athletes and those of all levels.

 

Jess hooley

Hi, I’m Jess one of the trainers at Taylor Made Training.

Fitness has been a huge part of my life from firstly getting fit, to running marathons and to ultimately doing my other full time job- riding horses!

I’m lucky enough to have run 5 marathons around the world with my quickest being 3.34 at Edinburgh getting my Good For Age time for London.

Whilst running I realised I better do some strength and conditioning to give my body the best chance to complete these runs!

For me training should be an all round workout for your body as well as your mind.

My PT sessions are known for being sweaty, high intensity and an all over body blast!

I love helping people achieve their goals from weight loss to running 5km or just improving body confidence. Anyway enough about me... let’s get you into the gym and smashing those goals!
