“Before I started training with Calum I suffered from back pains during my cross country rounds and found myself getting physically tired at an event when competing 3 or 4 horses. We have been concentrating on strengthening my core stability and have done lots of fitness training. We have also been working on improving my balance as this is vital when riding. I have found the training program hugely beneficial and I no longer have back pains and feel a lot stronger in myself, even at the end of a long day of competing!”
