Fight Gone Bad: 5 Exercise bodyweight workout for 3 tough rounds! | NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED
Hi Team, are you ready for another full-body workout? It's only 5 exercises, but you have to perform them for 3 tough rounds. After that, I've got got a nice Core & Abs workout to finish everything off.
This workout routine requires no equipment at all, and you can perform it anywhere. Inspired by the 'fight gone bad' workout protocol, these exercises will have you working hard, and I'm afraid there's not much time to rest. The good news, you'll get your heart rate up and burning calories in no time. A full warm-up and mobility routine is included, and I'll take you through a nice cool down at the end.
Three rounds of five movements performed for 1 minute each with no rest. 1-minute active recovery in between rounds
The exercises are:
1. Back lunge squat back lunge
2. Walk out chest tap press up
3. Elbows knee raise
4. Single leg Burpees (30 seconds each leg)
5. Boxing punch pyramid
5 minute Core & Abs Start with five reps of each exercise and add five reps each round.

2. Side crunch with leg raise
3. Foot to hand mountain climbers
